How to Access the Catalog Screen
Display from the Navigation Panel
Click the Catalog icon from the Navigation panel.

Enter a keyword in the search bar on the Home screen to open the Catalog screen, where a list of assets matching the search criteria will be displayed.

Catalog Screen Layout

How to Use the Asset List Panel
When you open the catalog screen, this panel is displayed first, showing a list of assets that match the keywords and selections set in the search bar, further filtered by the conditions set in the filter described below. The number of matching assets is displayed next to the Filter button.
- Clicking an asset displayed in the list opens the Asset side drawer from the right side of the screen, showing details of that asset.
- Clicking a tag of an asset displayed in the list opens the Tag Glossary screen in a new browser tab, displaying the Parent Tag panel and the Child Tag side drawer for the clicked tag.

Service Icon
An icon corresponding to the service name will be displayed. -
Asset Name
By default, the physical name is shown. If asset name display is switched, the logical name will be displayed. -
Asset Logical Name

Owner Icon

Switch Asset Name Display
Click the Switch Display icon to change how asset names are displayed in the list.
