In the spreadsheet view, you can see the metadata of multiple assets in a table format on a single screen and quickly identify the desired asset using filtering and sorting features. You can also check the metadata and tags of assets in bulk without moving to the detail screen.

Accessing the Spreadsheet View
Click on [Spreadsheet View] at the top right of the Asset Side Drawer screen to open a new tab in your browser, and the Spreadsheet View screen will be displayed in view mode.
Structure of the Spreadsheet View Screen
- Most of the screen is dedicated to displaying the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet shows some of the basic and detailed metadata of assets. For details on the displayed metadata, please refer to Operating the Asset Side Drawer - Viewing an Asset.
- The spreadsheet is displayed in tabs according to the asset type.
- At the bottom of the screen, there is an area that displays the asset path.

Physical Name
- While holding down the Ctrl key, clicking the field link opens the clicked asset in the spreadsheet view in a new browser tab.
- Clicking the Sort icon to the right of the header sorts the rows in ascending or descending order.
Logical Name

Rule Tag and Manual Tag

Operations of the Asset Path Panel
- The parent-child or ancestor relationship in the catalog leading to the asset is displayed using the physical name and an icon indicating the asset type. This is called the path.
- The asset opened in the spreadsheet view is highlighted in blue.
- If you do not have access rights to an asset displayed in the path, the asset name will be shown as

Search for Assets
From the search at the top right of the screen, you can perform a keyword search from the spreadsheet view. Assets whose physical or logical names match the entered keyword will be displayed.
Filtering
Clicking the Filter icon displays a side drawer for specifying filter conditions. Specify filter conditions in the side drawer to filter the assets displayed in the spreadsheet view. The following conditions can be set.

Unfreeze Columns or Rows
In the spreadsheet view, you can freeze columns and rows. By freezing, they will always be displayed on the screen even when you scroll.
Freeze a Column
Right-click the header of the column you want to freeze and select [Freeze Column] from the right-click menu. The column will be fixed to the left of the screen and will not move when you scroll horizontally in the spreadsheet view.
Unfreeze a Column
Right-click the header of the column you want to unfreeze and select [Unfreeze Column] from the right-click menu. The column will return to its original position.
Freeze a Row

You can close the spreadsheet view and return to the catalog screen (Asset Side Drawer) by any of the following operations.
