Accessing the Tag Glossary
From the Navigation panel, click the Tag Glossary icon. The Tag Glossary screen will be displayed.

Structure of the Tag Glossary Screen
Tag Glossary Panel
When you open the Tag Glossary screen, the first thing displayed in the workspace is the Tag Glossary panel.
In the Tag Glossary panel, all tag groups, parent tags, and child tags are displayed hierarchically. The hierarchy is shown in the order: tag group » parent tag » child tag.
The number of child tags belonging to a parent tag is displayed on the parent tag.
Parent Tag Panel
When you select a parent tag, the Parent Tag panel opens to the right of the Tag Glossary panel and displays details of the parent tag.

Child Tag Side Drawer
When you select a child tag, the Child Tag Side Drawer opens and displays details of the child tag. The Child Tag Side Drawer always appears to the right of the associated Parent Tag panel.

Keyword Search
Enter search keywords in the [Search by Keyword] field in the Tag Glossary panel to perform phrase matching search on tag groups, parent tags, and child tags.
Sorting Operations
Click the Filter icon to change the display of the Tag Glossary panel.

Sort by
You can sort based on selected items below. By default, relevance is selected.- Relevance

Sort Descending
Toggle switch to display in descending order. When the [Sort Descending] toggle switch is enabled (blue), the Tag Glossary panel displays items sorted in descending order based on the selected criterion. The default is descending order. -
Show Archives
Option to display archived parent and child tags. When the [Show Archives] toggle switch is enabled (blue), archived parent tags are also displayed in the Tag Glossary panel. In this case, the Tag Glossary panel displays items in the order of tag groups, parent tags, and child tags, rather than hierarchically. The default is disabled. -
Select by Type
Choose the hierarchy levels to filter and display in the Tag Glossary panel. By default, all levels are included. If any level is excluded, the Tag Glossary panel will display items in the order of tag groups, parent tags, and child tags, rather than hierarchically. -
Search Field
Select the target fields for keyword search. By default, both name and description are targeted.
Tag Group Operations
- Tag groups are displayed along with their group colors. When you hover over a tag group, the Expand icon and the tag group description appear. If not set, "No description available" is displayed.
- Click the Expand icon or the tag group itself to display a list of parent tags belonging to the tag group. The number displayed on the Tag icon to the right of the parent tag is the count of child tags it contains.
- Click the Close icon or the tag group again to hide the expanded parent tag list in the panel.
Parent Tag Operations
- Click the Expand icon, the Tag icon, or the parent tag itself to display a list of child tags belonging to that parent tag in the Tag Glossary panel. Also, the Parent Tag panel will be displayed in the workspace on the Tag Glossary screen.
