Accessing the Child Tag Side Drawer

If the tag glossary is displayed hierarchically, select tags in the order: tag group » parent tag » child tag. If it is not displayed hierarchically, click to select the child tag or click the child tag from the parent tag panel it belongs to. The child tag side drawer opens and displays details of the child tag. The child tag side drawer is always displayed to the right of the parent tag panel it belongs to.

• Child Tag Name
• Summary
  Displayed under the child tag name. If not set, nothing is displayed.
• Creator
  Displays the user icon, full name, and email address of the child tag creator. Clicking the copy icon next to the email address copies the email address.
• Number of Applied Rule Sets
  Displays the number of rules in which the child tag is embedded.
• Number of Assets Assigned
  Displays the number of assets to which the child tag is assigned.
• Assigned Assets
  When there are assets assigned with the child tag, the corresponding assets are displayed. Only assets for which you have access rights are shown. Up to 10 assets are displayed per page.
  Clicking an asset selects it and transitions to the catalog screen. The asset list panel displays the selected asset along with assets in the same hierarchy or parent-child relationship (only those with access rights). The asset side drawer displays the selected asset.

Sorting Assets

Sort icon can be clicked to sort assets assigned with the child tag in ascending or descending order by the item shown on the button.

Clicking the button labeled with the sort item displays a menu to select the information used for sorting. Sort items are as follows.

• Last Updated Date and Time
  Sort the displayed assets by the last updated date and time of the asset.
• Creation Date and Time
  Sort the displayed assets by the creation date and time of the asset.
• Physical Name
  Sort the displayed assets by the physical name of the asset.
• Logical Name
  Sort the displayed assets by the logical name of the asset.

Adding Comments and Managing Threads

Comment icon opens the comment side drawer related to the child tag from the right side of the screen. For details, see Adding Comments and Managing Threads.

* Guest viewers cannot operate comments (comment icon is not displayed).

Other Operations

Copying the Child Tag URL

Share icon copies the URL of the currently displayed child tag. Opening the copied URL in a browser displays the tag glossary screen and opens the parent tag panel and side drawer. If the user is not logged into the workspace when opening the copied URL in a browser, workspace ID input and login to QDIC are required.

Adding and Removing Favorites

Favorite icon can be clicked to add or remove the child tag from favorites. Favorited tags can be set as filter conditions in the parent tag panel.

Clicking the white favorite icon adds it to favorites, and the favorite icon is displayed in color. Clicking this colored icon removes the parent tag from your favorites, and the favorite icon returns to white.

Display Full Page

Clicking the display full icon at the top left of the side drawer displays the tag glossary panel and side drawer across the entire browser, and the parent tag panel is hidden. (In this case, the header panel and navigation panel remain displayed.) Clicking the restore original display icon at the top left of the screen restores the display of the parent tag panel and side drawer.

Closing the Side Drawer (Returning to Tag Glossary Panel and Parent Tag Panel)

Clicking the close icon at the top left of the side drawer closes the side drawer and returns to the tag glossary panel and parent tag panel.
