Editing Basic Metadata
- Following Accessing the Asset Side Drawer, open the asset to edit in the asset side drawer.
- Click the Edit icon at the top right of the screen.
- Editable items and how to operate are: [Logical Name], [Tags] (see Tags), [Owner] (see Owner), [Description].
- Click the Save icon at the top right of the screen to save changes.
- If you want to discard changes without saving, click the Cancel icon to the left of the Save icon.
Tags
You can add or exclude tags from the screen.

Adding Tags
Click "Search" in the [Tags] field to display a list of tags as a dropdown menu. (If you enter a keyword, only matching tags will be displayed.) Then select the tag to add. Multiple tags can be added, and added tags become manual tags. -
Excluding Tags

Editing Custom Properties

Editing Text or Words

Hover the mouse over the file name to delete, and click the Exclude icon to the right of the file name. Once deleted, attached files cannot be restored.
