Intended Audience for this Guide

Users who have received an invitation email and are using the workspace for the first time

Now, let's start the sign-up!

1. Preparation

Before starting the sign-up, please check that you have received the following email.

• Invitation Email (Subject: A new account has been issued - Quollio Data Intelligence)

2. Sign-Up

1. Open the received invitation email and click the Sign Up button (black) in the email body.

2. On the password setup screen, enter a new password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least three of the following types: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols shown on the screen.

3. Click the Change Password button to complete the password setup.

4. Click the Back to Login Screen button, then click the Login with Email Address button.

5. Enter your email address and password, then click the Continue button to log into the workspace.
6. On the Setup screen, set your name and display language.
   1. Enter your last name in the Last Name field and your first name in the First Name field.
   2. Click the Language field and select your language. The default is Japanese.
7. Click the Save button.

Your sign-up is now complete!

Notes

Important Points

The invitation email is valid for 7 days from the date the email was sent. If it expires, please ask your administrator to resend the invitation email.
