Users using the workspace for the first time

Now, let's try logging in with your email address!

Preparation

Please confirm that you have completed the following steps in advance.

• Sign up for QDIC
  For details, please refer to the following: Signing up for QDIC from an invitation email

Before starting to log in, please obtain the following information from your administrator.

• Workspace ID
  The workspace ID consists of a random 8-character string.

Performing the Login

1. Open the QDIC workspace URL in your browser.

2. When you access QDIC for the first time from your browser, the "Select Workspace" screen will be displayed. Enter the Workspace ID you obtained earlier into the input field on the screen, then click the Confirm button.

3. The "Log into Account" screen will appear. Click the Log in with Email Address button on the screen.

4. Enter your email address used during QDIC sign-up and the password you set during sign-up, then click the Continue button.

With this, logging in with your email address is complete!

Notes

Identity Verification via One-Time Password

After entering your password, you may be required to enter a one-time password. In this case, enter the one-time password obtained from an authentication app or similar that issues one-time passwords, then click the Continue button to complete the login.

For information on issuing one-time passwords, please contact your organization's IT administrator.

If You Encounter Problems

If You Forget Your Password

Please reset it using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.

If You Cannot Log In

If you enter the wrong password multiple times, access will be temporarily blocked for security reasons. In that case, please wait for a while before trying to log in again or contact your administrator.
